There are so many reasons I am glad to be back home, but the sudden explosion of peony blossoms in the backyard is definitely high on the list! The flowers normally pop open during the second week of May each year and fill the entire garden with their light, heady scent. This year, they were in a bit more of a hurry.
Today's trinket is made with gunmetal wire and small turquoise cubes.
