Trinket #95 - Double-Amber Earrings

I used to have no real attraction to amber, but a friend gave me an amber ring about 13 years ago that changed my opinions about it. Since then, I have worn a piece of amber every day. Call me superstitious, but I've always been told that the stone absorbs negativity from your environment, protecting you from malicious influence. One the amber has reached it's maximum capacity for environmental funk, it will be lost. I don't really care if that's fact or fiction - I just like the idea of a personal talisman that loses itself when the time is right.
