Trinket #31 - Out of Time Earrings

An appropriately named trinket because I see to be sapped when it comes to spare minutes in the day, and today was no exception. The motif of the day is "If I could save time in a bottle..." and that got me thinking of all things nostalgic.

If I could pick any era in which to live, I'd have to go with the early 1930's - during the heyday of the traveling carnival, of course. These earrings were inspired by thoughts of dusty red velvet curtains and well-worn canvas tents. They are made with antiqued silver beads, tiny faceted jet beads, and gunmetal wires and hooks.
