Another quick craft made from a pre-fab bracelet chain adorned with a cool trapezoidal cut of green and black magnetite.

This pendant is a companion piece to the Magnetite Earrings from last month. I'm all out of silver chain, so I think I'll track down a piece of leather-look cord for this necklace.

I love this green and definitely need an excuse to wear more of it.

Trinket #102 - Magnetite Earrings

So, today was delivery day and a new stash of supplies landed fresh in my lap for this trinket. I chose these odd little magnetite trapezoids because of their beautiful olive green speckles. The stones are so interesting on their own that I decided not to detract from them at all with other beads or fancy wire wrapping, opting instead to have them hang on their own from these simple gunmetal wires.
