Trinket #338 - Vintage Variety Show Necklace

Since I'm nearing the end of the year, I figured I should probably pull out all of the things that have been set aside throughout the project. Tonight, a hatchet charm and a revolver charm that my husband found in the workshop when we moved to our house nine years ago joined  forces with a tiny rubber frog that had been in the bottom of my Junk Box since the dawn of time.

Trinket #160 - Frog Earrings

My daughter is still driving hard on this recent Keroppi kick and requested (more like "begged like only a 10-year old girl can") a pair of earrings to go with the necklace and bracelet from earlier in the week. These little guys are double-sided (like the necklace) and are made from puffy stickers.

Trinket #158 - Frog Lock and Key Bracelet

My daughter, who is currently on a Keroppi kick, asked if I could make her something using this tiny diary lock. I just happened to have an empty bracelet and lots of tiny keys at the ready, so this is what she got.

Trinket #153 - Angry Frog, Sweet Frog

There is a relatively new frozen yogurt place in my city that my kids have been begging for months to visit. When temperatures broke the 100 degree mark here on Tuesday, I decided that our weekly trip into the yogurt shop's neighborhood would this time include a stop for a bite.

The shop is called Sweet Frog. I have no idea why that is, but it didn't much matter to the kids who happily ate their fill of serve-yourself frozen treats despite the establishment's quirky name. The entire time we were there, I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if someone pissed off that sweet little frog? I imagine that you'd get something like this pendant - smiling on one side, glaring on the other.

This trinket was made using two puffy stickers (remember those?) and a chipboard disk to place between them. I added a jump ring and a chain to that and ended up with this!
