Trinket #164 - Grommeted Cuff Bracelet

Today's trinket is a recycled bracelet made from what was once my favorite belt. I wore that belt for years before the leather started to split and the grommets began falling out. I discovered it while cleaning out my wardrobe this past weekend and decided to give it new life. It's hefty and not really my style, so I think this may ultimately be destined for a friend or a listing on Etsy!

Trinket #113 - Faux Copper Cuff

In the spirit of change, I switched things up again today and made a bracelet with FIMO. This is their copper from the FIMO Metallics line. No, it's not a true copper tone, but I like it because it matches my hair. The texture on the cuff was made by rolling a relief-carved goblet across it before baking. Though it didn't pick up the botanical images from the relief, it does look sort of distressed or hammered, which I think is pretty cool.
